How much should a GP charge to complete a short form to claim on loan protection insurance?
I have the loan for which I am covered by the loan security payments. Month after being sick and sick notes which my employer yet, now I need to get my GP to sign a complaint form information on the time when I was perchéQualcuno sick and have no idea what my family doctor will charge for this service?
